Why partner participation is optional
Couples Quest is relationship-focused without making partner participation a condition of personal growth.

Reflect, understand, choose one next step
Solo and shared modes
A person can begin with individual reflection, lessons, diary use, and supported activities. Linked or local two-person activities can add another dimension where the app supports them, but participation remains a choice.
Consent is part of the experience
A partner should know what an activity involves and be free to decline. Partner linking does not mean private diary entries or assessment answers become open to another account.
Joining later
A partner may join at a later stage, after one person has built familiarity with the app or after the timing feels safer. Module 2 free onboarding does not require partner synchronisation.
Safety before completion
Do not use shared activities to resolve active violence, coercive control, stalking, or immediate danger. A completion milestone never matters more than safety.
Try this
What would make participation genuinely voluntary for both people? If the answer is unclear, continue privately or seek appropriate support.
