Notice the moment
Record what happened and what changed for you without needing an immediate verdict.
Use the private-by-default Diary and reflection tools to pause, name an experience and decide what—if anything—you want to share.

A Diary entry is not a message to your partner. It gives you room to write about a feeling, a pattern, a boundary or a moment you want to understand before you decide what comes next. Linking with a partner does not create unrestricted access to this personal space.
Record what happened and what changed for you without needing an immediate verdict.
Explore the need, value, concern or boundary underneath the first reaction.
Decide whether to pause, ask a question, try a guided activity or share something deliberately.
Some learning is useful to practise together, but personal writing is not automatically made visible. When a supported sharing control is available, use it intentionally and share only what feels appropriate for the purpose. A partner invitation or shared activity never turns the Diary into a monitoring feed.
Private Diary use sits alongside Personal Insights, guided practice, reports and AI Companion support. These tools can help you prepare clearer words or identify a manageable action, but they do not diagnose a person or decide what a relationship means.
Do not use a shared exercise to manage active violence, coercive control, stalking or immediate danger. Protect personal information and move to appropriate local emergency, specialist or professional support when the situation requires it.
Use the private-by-default Diary and reflection tools in the app, then decide what—if anything—you want to share.
