What is Couples Quest?
A guided relationship-growth experience for self-discovery and couple growth.
Can I use it without a partner?
Yes. A partner invitation is optional and they can join later.
Is Module 1 free?
Yes. Module 1: Team Mode Reset is the complete free starting module.
Do I have to finish all nine First Reward activities before continuing?
No. The nine activities help you get familiar with Couples Quest and earn your first progress recognition. They are not a barrier to continuing into Know Me Now after sign-in.
Is the 3-Day Streak part of the First Reward?
No. The 3-Day Streak is a separate, gentle consistency goal and is not required for access to Know Me Now.
Is a rating or sharing action required?
No. Ratings, reviews, partner linking and system sharing are not First Reward requirements and do not control access to Know Me Now.
Are Love Languages or Attachment part of the nine activities?
No. They remain separate Personal Insights features and are not part of the nine First Reward activities.
Are reflections clinical?
No. They are educational, contextual, non-diagnostic reflections.
Is the AI Companion a therapist?
No. It does not diagnose and is not emergency support.
