Team Mode Reset, a calmer starting point
Team Mode Reset is the calm starting point in Couples Quest: a complete free module that gives the journey a practical shape before asking users to take on more.

Start by resetting the sense of being a team
A complete starting experience
The module is designed to be useful on its own, not as an empty preview. It introduces the purpose of relationship learning, gives the opening moment a cooperative tone and guides the user towards an activity that puts the idea into practice.
Beginning with a contained module reduces the pressure to understand the whole programme at once.
Three guided stages
Orientation explains what the experience is for. Teaching gives the relationship idea clear language and context. Activity and completion give that idea somewhere practical to go. Together, the stages show the Couples Quest pattern: learn, practise and use it.
The goal is participation and discovery, not a verdict on the quality of a relationship.
Personal preparation and shared choice
Someone can reflect privately before inviting a partner into an appropriate activity. Partner linking is optional, and a partner can join later. A shared step should be clear, voluntary and possible to pause.
In an unsafe or coercive situation, completion is never more important than protecting privacy and seeking appropriate support.
Completion becomes momentum
Finishing the module contributes to visible progress and can connect with Stars, badges, streaks and later recommendations where the product supports them. These signals recognise learning activity; they do not score love, compatibility or who tried harder.
The separate First Reward includes reviewing the Module 1 summary as one of nine getting-started activities.
Continuing into Know Me Now
Signed-in users can continue into Know Me Now without first completing all nine First Reward activities. Partner linking, system sharing, ratings, reviews and the 3-Day Streak are also not First Reward requirements.
The First Reward helps build familiarity and recognition; it is not an access barrier.
Try this
Begin with the stage that is in front of you. After it, name one idea you understood and one small action you could carry into the next conversation.
